Description For my meme, I found a picture of a confused Donald Trump who had wandered away from his limo. Seeing as how Mr. Trump has been doing so much golfing and how little he knows about Puerto Rico, I thought that it would be funny to combine the two. I then found a picture of Puerto Rico after the destruction of Hurricane Irma. I cut out out the Confused Trump and put it over the Puerto Rico background. I then added the text "When you get off a Puerto Rico and not the golf course." Final Meme PhotoShop Image In PhotoShop I used the quick selection tool to cut out Trump and then I duplicated the layer onto the Puerto Rico background.
